HELP!

Yes, it did warrant all caps. I have 2 clean prefolds and 1 clean cover. I also have an entire bottle full of Tide in my diapers. I put the cap on and put it on my shelf above the washer. Bottle falls in because I didn't put it far enough back, lid pops off, and bottle spills in there. I've only used this bottle 4 or 5 times, and there was about 1/4 bottle left after it spilled. I have no choice but to just rinse and rinse and rinse, huh? I don't think they'll be done before I run out of diapers and don't know what to do! My baby has never had a sposie on her bottom and I don't want to now! This will take like 20 rinses I bet!

Re: HELP!

  • Can you do some hand rinsing first?
  • Loading the player...
  • can you get to a laundromat? The bigger washers with more volume and hotter water might take it out faster.

    I'm sorry!

  • I don't know if it would work, but maybe you can use a receiving blanket and fold it like a flat?  I'm sure you'd have to change your LO more often, but it might work.

I would do this and hand rinse a few so that you have at least a couple while the others rinse. Sorry. =(

eta - have you already let it wash through once? I'd take them out asap so they aren't washed in concentrated soapy water. Run the washer then put them back in. Maybe that will help????
