further along?

My first ultrasound measured at 9 weeks..since then that is the date i've been using..I saw a nurse today & she said she thinks I may be further along because my uterus feels "big" ... what exactly does this mean? Has any nurse ever told you something along these lines??..guess I have to wait to see what the next ultrasound dates me as...

I would just wait and go by the next ultrasound.

When I was pregnant with DD#1, at one point I was "measuring" a few weeks ahead and they were starting to talk about inducing before she got too big.  However, after a couple of weeks, I was back on track. They called it a "growth spurt".

Just wait and see what the ultrasound dates the baby's age as.

The early ultrasound tends to be the most accurate for dating purposes. The rate at which your baby grows fluctuates.

I actually just got this today from my doctor. She said I've been measuring 2 weeks ahead for the past month or so. I have another ultrasound next week, so she said she's going to have them check his size and see how he's measuring up. Dh was an 11lb baby....I was hoping to not have to worry about that, but it looks like we'll have to wait and see!

My friend was three weeks off!  She thought she was 6 weeks along, she's actually 9....strange.  I guess she didn't chart because I pretty much know the exact moment I ovulated.

I stand 5'5 & currenly weigh 114... I think my mom metioned I was a fat baby ... so maybe my baby is just big n healthy
