Tuesday Question

I am watching these birthing stories on Discovery Health and notice that the only blood covering the baby is around the shoulders.

Please tell me all this blood is not coming from a tear because of the delivery of the shoulders?

    Probably not. I watch those shows all the time, and the babies seem to come out with various amounts of blood and gunk covering them.

    I have no idea! Is it bad that I don't want to see/hold my baby til he/she is cleaned up? lol.?

    Lol, that doesnt really bother me, I just hope I don't pass out from seeing all that blood. The tiniest cut makes me cringe.

    This is how I feel too.  My mom says I wont' feel that way when he/she is born, but I don't know, I still think I will.

    I guess we'll see.
