Not taking belly pics

Am I the only one not taking them?  I didn't do it with DS and I haven't this time around either.  I am just wondering if there is anyone else out there not doing it.  I have been thinking of starting since I don't have one single pic of me pregnant with DS, not even a shower pic and it kind of makes me sad.  Although, at the time I felt huge and goss.

I haven't either. I figure whatever photos I end up in the 9 months is good enough for me.

I just never got into it.

Then again I've never been one to document a picture for every event either.

My friend isn't. She won't let anyone take a picture of her, period. But, I think she had body dysmorphia issues, so it's not that suprising.

I haven't taken one yet, but I'm only recently showing. Maybe in the next couple of weeks I will. It'll be nice to have a few for the baby book.

I only take them b/c my inlaws all live in Ireland and they like to see the transition...

I have never been into taking lots of photo, neither is DH.  We figure we will take tons of the baby, but haven't even wanted to take any of the "pregnant me".

nope.  not i.  i will probably suck it up one of these days before DD is born and post one on here.  my MIL makes me take them for her because my SIL wants to see.  i hate it.

I havent but that is because I really DO NOT like myself in pictures.  My face has blown up as it does when I gain weight so I dont like myself in pictures.  But also I am lazy.

I haven't taken any pics yet either. The only pictures I have from my other two kid was right before I walked in the delivery room for my C sections.

I didn't take them with DS with the exception of doing professional maternity shots around 32 weeks or so, however I decided I would like to have photos of my progress this time around since I didn't hardly have any pics from when I was pregnant with my son. I just started last Saturday at 14 weeks with my first pic and will probably go ahead and do one weekly for the remainder of my pregnancy.

I love to take pictures usually. My belly will not be in any of them. I hate pregnancy.

I'm not a huge fan of my swollen up face either... that's why I just crop it out before saving!

To each their own. We are doing them for a few reasons.?

1. It took a lot to get PG and who knows if we will be blessed again (although we will try)

2. All of our friends and the majority of our family live out of state. I started a friends and family blog so they can see me and the baby grow. Feel like they are a part of the process. I know DH's family likes this. ?

I don't take them on a regular basis... but I do like to have a few pictures at least showing the transition. I try to wait until I at least am dressed cute and have my hair and makeup done

I have never once seen a picture of my Mom when she was pregnant with me, and I kind of wish that there were at least one floating around somewhere.  I think maybe it might be something that my kids will enjoy looking at when they get older.

This is the same as us..It took us 3-4 years to finally get a BFP  so we are beyond excited..Plus I have family that live away..

i took weekly pictures from about 15w to maybe 19w.

then i stopped, i have no idea why. laziness, perhaps. ::shrugs::?

My BF didn't take any pics with her 3 kids either and I was talking to her last night and she really regrets it.  Just a thought.

I really didn't with DD until I was like about 30 weeks.  I just looked FAT.  I was sad I didn't take more and said next time I would take more - but I was just in my 1st pic at about 16 weeks.  So much for that.  I think when I hit 20 - I'll do a weekly pic but not until then - just whatever pics I am in.

I'm not a fan of the belly pics.  It sort of creeps me out some, especially when people want to share them with other people.  ::shudders::

Nope, no belly pics for me. Really, I just forget about it, and half the time I haven't bothered to get dressed, do my hair, or put on makeup (I work from home). I don't think I'm going to want to look back on frumpy pics of myself.

Maybe I'll take one next time I get dressed up. Maybe not.

I started showing a bit last week (enough for coworkers to notice) but haven't taken any pics. I'll be on vacation at the beach next week, so I'm sure I'll take some then.

I'm not taking any, and I'm not going to get any professionaly done. If I'm at an event with a camera, I'm not going to stop someone from snapping a photo, however I've never been one to get in front of the camera, so whatever I end up with in the end, I will have!
