VERY IMPORTANT MUST READ POST!!! (except for Teacher :P)

I need to clarify a few things.

1)  THANK YOU to the MANY people who have donated.  It is only because of the number of people donating that we have been able to reach such an amazing amount.  The average donation is around $10.

 

2) There is NO way any one of us could have done all of this alone.  Together we have been able to make a huge difference. I have gotten more then one e-mail and PM asking if it's still okay to donate and/or asking if it's okay that they can't donate a lot.  OMG!  YES!  It's only because it's all adding up are we even able to do this.

 

3)  I am overwhelmed.  I never, in a million gazillion years,  expected this kind of outpouring of support. I am humbled and I owe all of you  an apology because I greatly underestimated the love you all have.  Thank you for teaching me a very valuable lesson.

 

Last...if you can't donate please do not feel bad.  Many people are donating time and talents instead.  And any donations that trickle in over the next few weeks will be sent to Teacher & her family.  Who knows?  Maybe we'll have enough to send some groceries from an on-line delivery near them or dinner a few weeks after they are home and the family support isn't there any more.
