To call or not to call?

So Tuesday I was back in L&D I went from 1 cm to just about 3 while there for 3 - 4 hours and more effaced. My dr sd he considered keeping me but decided to let me go home until the pain got worse. Well both yesterday and today I am deff. hurting more and all but they are still 6 - 8 minutes apart. He said that he knows my son is coming out early just sure when. So I'm not sure if I should call or not. The pain is lower towards my hips and I'm having shooting pains in my crotch and butt every now and then......

 

Still unsure if I should call.
