Progress!

in 3rd Trimester
So at my appt. this morning I had some good news-- 3 cm and 90% effaced. I know that I could be like this for a while, but just wondering if anyone is in the same or similar position? My doctors do not seem to think I will go past my due date (6/25) but I don't want to get my hopes up! Any words or wisdom or advice? Thanks and GL to everyone!

    I don't know if I'm the same effacement as you but I'm the same dialation. Good luck....are you having regular contractions?

    That sounds REALLY good to me!  I would think you could go any day.  I've heard about being at 1cm for weeks (that's where I am now), but not 3!

    Thanks! I have actually had contractions for the past 3 days non stop but nothing unbearable, just like bad period cramps. I am really excited but just don't know what to think! I want to go for a nice long walk but of course it is raining today, so maybe I will walk up and down the stairs in the house or bounce on my ball!  I don't mind having him in there until the due date, but just hoping I don't go over!
