6 month old..feeding

Hey, Should I cook blueberries before feeding to DS?  or just puree them fresh?

    I thought you were really supposed to wait until 8 months or so for blueberries due to possible allergies and at that point cooking them is not necessary. For a six month old, I would cook them if you are going to offer them.

    My pedi said I could feed him everything except honey, shellfish and peanuts....

    I'm not giving him strawberries until like a year because they are highly allergenic...
