NBR: Retirement gift?

The best principal I've ever had is retiring after this year and we are having a dinner for her on Monday evening - I've only known her for the past 2 years, but she has always been really nice and supportive.  She came to my wedding! 

I'd like to get her a nice gift, but I have no ideas - I've never bought a retirement gift before.  Any ideas?

Is she a girly girl type?  I would think maybe a gift certificate for a mani/pedi or some sort of spa package now that she has the time to really enjoy it??
