Ok so I am not sure what to do here. I have a daughter that will be 1 year old next week. I know she is a bigger baby, weighing 26lbs and is 30" long. She's always been in the high percentile but has never gone above the 95% mark. Everyone is saying that she eats too much. She was at her dad's yesterday and he gave her 2 bottles and she had a hot pocket over the course of the 8 hours that she was there and he said that she eats too much. I know she eats a lot, but she is a very active baby. She let's us know when she is full so I'm not forcing her to eat. Some days she eats a lot at one sitting and others she barely eats at all. Anyone else having this problem? I guess I don't know what is the appropriate amount for her to be eating. The doctors have never said that I should be concerned about her weight and say that she'll even out now that she is more mobile. Thoughts on what the appropriate amount of food a 1 year old should be eating?
