Had the WORST

in 3rd Trimester
leg cramp so far last night as i lay in bed peacefully sleeping.  Then comes a JABBING pain, UUHHggggggg  it cramped so bad that now my calve is so sore this morning.  #56 of what i will enjoy after preg. #56-no more leg cramps at night!

    This happened to me a few weeks ago.  I wanted DH to cut my leg off it hurt so bad!!!  My calf hurt for days after.  I hope yours feels better very soon.

    Yup, this happens to me basically every night.  I can usually stop it before it gets too bad. But the other night, I had one so bad that I woke DH up with my groaning.  I had him push down on my foot to stop it but it came right back.  It was the most painful one ever.

    I got this too. My DH rubbed IcyHot into that calf for 3 nights after because it was still sore.

    Also, I know this is a crazy old wives tale but I swear it helped - put a bar of soap under your sheet at the foot of your bed. Yes, it sounds wacko and DH makes fun of me for it but it really has seemed to help me. Even if it is just the power of the mind, I say its worth it!
