with 1, we used a daycare...and put #2 in there after she was born, but it was a miserable winter with 2 kids who were constantly sick...so we got a nanny..and still have a nanny now with 3.

I was wondering about this.  We are thinking of getting a nanny when we have #2 b/c it was a huge inconvenience taking sick days etc with one child, and I can't imagine with two.
