although i've had a great pregnancy so far, these last few weeks have not been fun. i have carpel tunnel and numbness in both hands now, swollen feet and fingers, and have gained almost 1/3 of my weight!
My midwives don't do internals at this point so I have no idea about official progress. But I've had on and off cramping for a week or so and feel lots of pressure and twinges on my cervix...so hopefully that means something! He has been super low for a couple weeks.
I've done this both times so far - and this pg I have eaten far less. No difference in weight. Don't worry about it, I really think it's genetic and/or happens when you're skinny, b/c the baby just needs you to be heavier. I lost it all once, I'll do it again, and so will you I'm sure! ?
I am 1 day late now. I am being induced on Wednesday though so I have an end in sight!! I am so ready for this little boy to join us. I am 1cm dialated and 75% effaced and have been having on and off contractions since last Friday. I wouldnt mind if he came tomorrow on his own.
Re: Those of us 37+ weeks PG
Oh no! I'm so sorry I left you off the PG list. When's your due date? I'll add you!

i was a fingertip dilated at last week's appt and am still anxiously waiting for my mucus plug, contractions, or my water to break.
how about yourself - how's your progress coming along?
I'm 37 weeks yesterday. Michele - due July 5. Been to L&D twice in last 4 days. No dialation - 50% effaced. Ready now but the to-do list is too long!
