NBR: Anti-aging cream

I have hit the big 3-0 and decided I've procrastinated long enough when it comes to being proactive about my skin  :-) Can anyone recommend their anti-aging face cream?  TIA!

I have tried a bunch, but the one I like best is Olay Regenerist Microsculpt Night-you can actually get it at Sam's club. During the day I use Bare Escentuals rare minerals moisturizer. It takes some trial and error depending on how oily or dry your sking is to figure out what combo works best.  A tip I received from a NYC makeup artist that  is great is: one evening a week warm up a tablespoon of avacado oil(from the grocery store) and put it on like you would lotion for about half an hour and then wash your face.
