Gracie wants an owl party. I've found the paper stuff, a couple of crafts and some cute cupcakes but I want something more. So I thought I'd ask if anyone has had an owl party or has been to one? I'd love to see pics and to hear ideas! TIA
There are tons of cute owl digital scrapbooking kits. It is very easy to take a kit like that and come up with a million ways to use the elements to decorate. Make a banner, print some out to hang all around, etc. I did that both with a baby shower I hosted and my dd's 2nd birthday party.
DandR just did an adorable owl party for her DD and DS. She did "pin the beak on the owl" as one activity and made a super-cute owl cake. There were other things, too, but I can't remember. Page or PM her -- I'm sure she'll share her ideas!
DD's 2nd birthday was an owl theme. ?We didn't go all out on the decorations or anything...I made a cake and put some owl chocolates (I got a sucker mold) on it, and wrote on it. ?For "favors" I made chocolate suckers in the colors we used (pink and brown). ?Look on Etsy for some cute owl crafty ideas too...I found some fun things on there to look at for ideas. ?If thats what you decide on, have fun--its a cute idea. ?

lots of PIP's of what we did in the above link.
And I made owl brownies...I got the brownie pop mold:
baked the brownies, coated them in chocolate and decorated them to look like owls. Taylor doesn't like cake.
Can I send you the Happy Birthday banner? It has owls on it....we probably won't use it again. PM me if you want it.
