I was wondering what your ligament stretching felt like.  I stretched out today and has this horrific pain in the right side of my belly.  It went away after a short while. 

Just wondering if that felt like what you are feeling, and I am sorry you are feeling it

The pain I had was in the right side of my belly. It felt like a side ache or a stomach crap you would get from running, or maybe even when you go swimming after you eat. But it was really sharp and intense. It really caught me off guard and I had to stop and take a breath. Your round ligament starts somewhere between the middle of your belly area and connects on the top of your pelvic bone. So it could have been it. Sorry you are having that pain too. It's no fun!

sounds exactly like what I had going on!  I totally relate to it taking your breath away, I actually yelled out loud becuase it scared me, was not expecting it!
