DS doesnt seem interested in DD

Its been 2 weeks now, and Jacob doesn't seem to be that involved or concerned with the baby. Is this something that I should be worried about? I'm reading all these stories and see that # 1 is so involved or plays with #2. Granted that Lulu just sleeps, but I thought Jacob would be more interested.

    Nah, I wouldn't worry. When DD#2 was born, DD#1 ignored her for a LONG time. Now that DS was born, DD#2 ignores him, but DD#1 does play with him.

    Give it time - he'll come around.

    No I wouldn't worry at all. Newborns aren't really the most exciting people around lol.  Once DS could sit up and interact more, DD got more interested in him.  Now they play together all the time.
