Anybody use a TENS machine during labor?

Our doula provides this...I'm going to try it 'cause really I'll try anything, but I was wondering if other people have had good or bad experiences with it.

I hadnt heard of this before, but I googled, Im not sure how I would feel about an electric shock being used on me while im pregnant especially since the effects on the baby are unknown at this point and its not recommended to be used by pregnant women...  Interesting though.

haha, well I don't think it's an electric shock...that would be terrible!  But it is an electrical current.  I used one years ago in PT for a broken arm.  I can definitely understand being a bit wary of it during pregnancy.
