It?s weekly ?check in? time! You can post here to let us know what?s going on in your life this week that you?d like to share with the TTCAL girls. Are you testing? Anything big coming up at work? I think I O'd yesterday, but we're not really trying this cycle or next cycle, since we're going to JAMAICA in July! So my ttc news will be lacking in the next few months.
On a personal note, we have a fun weekend coming up. My best friend and her husband are coming in to town from Harrisburg this weekend...a friend's bachelorette party Friday night, then Saturday night the four of us and two other couples are having a cookout at our house then going to a Pirates game, then Sunday we're going to a baby shower.
DH and I have a big week coming up (if you count it from Monday) Ha. We will be closing on our house in Ft. Worth on Monday the 15th!!! We are so ready to get rid of the house after it being on the market for almost a year.
Nothing too exciting here this week. I am 4 dpo and will be testing next monday at 10dpo. On friday my store is participating in relay for life and so I get the pleasure of working all day and then attending relay all night long! Whew! I guess that means I may be sleeping my weekend away!

CD9 ... looking forward to FWP week and praying this is our cycle. Otherwise next month I'll go back to dr and discuss other options (clomid, etc). This will be our 2nd cycle TTCAL but since he dx'd me with PCOS he said he'd try other options sooner.
Nothing exciting this week. Always too much work - I wish I was a teacher; I could really use a summer break.

We are just renting a house right now. I was hoping we wouldn't be in PA to long but it's not looking that's gonna be an option.
I O'ed yesterday, so now I'm in the crazy 2ww. Have a Dr appt tomorrow for bloodwork to check progesterone (I decided to let them check it at cd21 like they want, but to request it be checked again at 7dpo... since that's when it'll matter)
DH and I are going with his sister to see Wicked in San Antonio this weekend! We took Fri off and now I can't wait. Hopefully it'll make the 2ww go by a lil faster!
OMG, I looooove Wicked! I've seen it 4 times now and can't get enough of it!
My TTC news will be lacking too for the next 2 cycles, but after that, it's GAME ON!
DH and I are going to have a little date night Friday. Saturday afternoon I have my SIL's baby shower, then Saturday night I have another Bachelorette party. Sunday I will most likely be recovering from said bachelorette party, hehe.
Sounds like a really fun week. I have never been to the Spaghetti Factory but I am dying to try it.
I have nothing going on this week. Boo! Just working and counting down until Friday. The boss is out this week, but I need to get busy becasue we have some of the big wigs coming in to give interegations.
I think I am going to POAS on Sunday if all goes well. FF says I have not O'd but I am pretty sure I did and I know my temps are screwing because of a lot of factors.

Charting temps is making me nuts! I thought I had O'd a day or two ago, had all the signs then a temp drop again this morning. I am so frustrated with my body right now I cant deal with it.... : ( I am really read for my temp to rise so FWP week is over, it has been stressful! (look at my chart it is really messed up!)
I have another dr appt on Thursday to get the results of last week's biopsy. I am nervous about that..
Other than that I am looking forward to Saturday. My DD has her last meeting tonight as leader of the organization she is in. And Saturday she will install the new leader.. We are soooooooooooooo happy about this! The adult leader of the group has been a burr in my butt for the last 7 months and I am so glad I will no longer have to deal with her! I really dont need the extra stress..

Okay this week is pretty low key overall. My boss will be on vacation this week and we hired a new employee so I am putting together her welcome packet. I o'ed on Sunday, so I'm in the ole 2ww. DH and I are going to start planning what we will be doing for our anniversary next month (I am super excited for that). I think that's it for this week. Next week is pretty jam packed though!
DH and I decided to finish painting the "nursery" this weekend. We started the week before I miscarried and the door has been closed ever since.
FWP week begins soon....I stocked up on OPKs and will begin using them tomorrow. So, that will be a nice distraction.
I tested this morning (~12dpo) and got a BFN, so now I'm just waiting for my period to come. :-p
Maybe I don't have a heightened sense of smell, but I've never smelled any vagina on my pants. -- TSD

On the TTC front, I went in for my RPL tests today. Since the m/c is ending as we speak, she couldn't do it. I did pee in a cup, however, and got a BFN. We should be good to go. I'm supposed to call on CD1 to reschedule the RPL tests.
On the personal front, this is my second day of summer vacation! DH has vacation next week. We are doing lots of projects around the house-including finishing the new floors in the future nursery.

Thank you Cara for starting this. I too am a teacher, but I'm not done until next Wednesday! I'm so stressed I just want this to be over! Oh yeah, then I teach summer school. Swwweeeetttt.
I am anxiously waiting to see if I get my period tomorrow. If it's not here by Friday morning, I will test. I was feeling so confident yesterday because my ute twinged and cramped ALL DAY just like when I was pregnant and today, nothing. I still have snail trail so I'm hoping for the best.
This weekend I will be grading research projects. I will try not to pull my eyes out with rusty fish hooks, which sounds like more fun at this point.

I started temping last week to get used to it before next cycle, I'm CD 53 now and no AF. My temps are pretty eratic, more so than I've seen on other's charts. So not sure what that is about. I have a doctor's appointment Thursday to start figuring out my long cycles. I think I'm PCOS, but we'll confirm with blood tests then. DH has his daughter here this week, so we took vacation and went to a water park yesterday. Not sure what else fun we're going to do with her. That's about it for me
I will be testing on Saturday. It would be perfect to get a sticky BFP this month, because Sunday is DH's big 30th b-day. And the first u/s would be right around 4th of July, which is when my family is in town, so my mom and sister could come and see it.
All that being said...I don't have high hopes for this cycle because O was so delayed due to the m/c at the beginning of the cycle. Plus, FF thought I had already Oed, so we didnt BD until late on the actual day of O. In the past I haven't had any luck with cycles like these.
Oh well. There is nothing I can do about this cycle now but wait and see how it turns out! If I am not pg this cycle, then we will just have to try again next cycle.

I am about to O ANY DAY ~ so excited - the the 2WW THEN next cycle - hoping to be in the game.
BUT I just got a gruff message from my RE saying he wants to talk with me tomorrow. Crossing my fingers for news thats manageable.
My Doctor thought I was Ovulating around the 27th and that Friend would be here soon. Still no such luck
I am suppose to be going in on Thursday to get my pathology report. However, I just noticed Doctor called my guess is to reschedule
I am 99.9% positive Pathology will not show anything but I still want to hear.
That's it nothing else exciting.

no news for me :-( waiting for af to start "trying" again...
DH got laid off last week, but has already been rehired and starts next week. (Funding issues. *rolls eyes*).
I'm waiting for my body to get back to normal (7 weeks post D&C). Had some spotting, but I'm anxiously awaiting o signs and a real AF so I can TTC again.
In non-TTC news, packing for a move to a new house! (Rental- I do live in LA where home prices are ridiculous. I am addicted to HGTV and jealous of the home prices in the rest of the country!).
AF finally showed up after mc..and Dr. said we can go ahead and try already this month. Other than that, DH's niece (10),nephew (14), and cousin (15) are all in town for 2 weeks so we've been running around taking them places and to the beach. And wow...it's been expensive!!
