Just wanted to say that I am blaming all of you for the amount of pain I am in. Today was Day 2. How in the world am I going to make it 28 more? I consider myself to be in decent shape and Level 1 is killing me.?
I am proud to say I am a Shred dropout. I now call Jillan "devil woman" I was sooooo sore from 2 days of her that I think it took almost a week to go away.
I have no idea how people do it for 30 days. Maybe it gets easier.
I'll take the blame! Everyone thinks they're in shape till they do the shred Seriously you can do it!!! I'm on day 60+
Married on 3.20.2004. It took 30 month, 2 failed adoptions and IVF for our first miracle. We have had 9 foster kids since he was born and started the domestic adoption process when he was 10 month old, we had 4 failed matches in that time. After our daughter was born we brought her home and spent 2 weeks fearing we might lose her because of complications that came up. But Praise God all went through and she is ours forever! Expecting again after IVF

Thanks to Jillian, I feel like I am back in HS...I have SHIN SPLINTS!!! Seriously, I do!
I made it fifteen days until the shin splints started, and on the advice of a MD, I am slowing it down to three times a week so I can heal. I am a bit bitter that I was half way there and had to slow down.
I felt better after day four. Good luck!
Best friends and sisters... 24 months and 16 months
Today is Day 3 for me, I think I'll have to sit today out. I'm SO freaking sore! I'm sure it's pathetic to watch me walk, especially on stairs. Bending at the knees is not really an option for me today.
I'm not ready to drop out yet, I think I should end up with good results... my body just needs to recover.

I got shin splints too. I wear super tight tube socks to make them feel better

I could hardly move after day 2. I still do it, but only three times a week or else I think I would die.
