AUBURN, Wash. ? June 8, 2009 - Auburn Parks, Arts & Recreation presents its annual free outdoor concerts and children?s entertainment series, Wednesdays in July at the Les Gove Park, located at 11th & Auburn Way South. The series begins on July 1 and will offer five children?s shows and four concerts. Join us for free, family-friendly entertainment in one of Auburn?s largest parks.

 

The summer line up is as follows:

KIDS SUMMERSTAGE, Les Gove Park, all shows begin at 12 p.m.

  • July 1: Buck & Elizabeth
  • July 8: Comedy Rocket Eric Haines
  • July 15: Rowdy Ref?s Game Show
  • July 22: Zig Zags
  • July 29: The Misadventures of Cap?n ARRR

 

SHADES OF SUMMER CONCERT SERIES, Les Gove Park, all shows begin at 7 p.m.

  • July 8: Handful of Luvin?
  • July 15: David Ellis Band
  • July 22: Nathan Chance & Northcoast
  • July 29: The Senate

  • My DH is a teacher and is always looking for things to do with Caden in the summer...I will pass this on.

    The band playing in the evening on July 8th is my DH's cousins band (Handful of Lovin) They are a terrific, light-hearted and fun band. We will probably go see that show. I highly recommend them, either with or w/o your LOs.
