As a mom of a soon to be 12 year old, it would be handy to have this from his friends parents. Maybe also include the kiddo's cell numbers so you can reach them when they are playing...

That's a really good idea, especially if you have an older kid who plays/sleeps over at other people's houses, you could just hand one to the other parent when you're dropping off your little one.  Maybe keep one on the kiddo too if they get lost, like in their backpack or something.  I'll have to look into that!

I have some.  I haven't had to use them much.  But I just made cute business cards on VistaPrint.com - they always have free business card offers.  SO I got a zilion of them for free plus $5 shipping or something.

I've seen much cuter ones on other sites too... but like I said, Vista Print - free.  Can't beat that.
