this was my lunch with a friend today. mmmmmm! it was so good. i even got a little buz from the drink. unless you actually go to mexico i think el paso has the best mexican food.
Sounds yummy! Im originally from Texas and no one does Mexican food like Texas! I could def. go for a pina colada too..too bad the dang xanax doesn't allow for that..boo
oh ok, i haven't really been to houston. well once but i was only there for less than one day, so it doesn't really count.
my DH is in the army, so we have that in common. i was reading your re-intro below, i'm so sorry to hear about the loss of your baby. what kind of infection did you have, do you know?
Thank you...we don't know what kind of infection it was. They did testing and said it wasn't what they tested for but there are smaller bugs that it usually is that they don't test for. However right before I had her..I was diagnosed with BV and even though my drs swore up and down BV does not cause preterm labor or infections ive done tons of research on it and know it does. So in my heart I feel like it was the BV. It was a perfectly healthy pregnancy until I got that. On her death records the official causes was extrem premature and some huge word I don't remember but basically infection of the placenta...I know BV can cause this as well. Oh how I love Tricare and Military Hospitals. I plan on switching to Tricare Standard before I get pregnant again I would like to have a say in my drs.
yes that's it. Kinda scary too that the odds of getting it are so low but they said you are two times more likely to get it with your second pregnancy if you got it in your first...lovely. However again my drs swore up and down it wouldn't happen again. Oh the joys of going through it again. I know I will be considered High Risk next time so hopefully they will monitor me better.
ugh that sucks when you are supposed to have faith in your dr and you don't. they shouldn't tell you that it WONT happen again, because they don't know that for sure.
is that true that you are more likely to have it happen again? i don't understand why that would be the case.
I dont know I just googled the word to make sure thats what it was and the first article that pulled up was that. But I also know a few women who have lost their babies to that and have gone on to have a healthy pregnancy. I think I just need to find that faith again and I know when the time is right God will show us the way. I def. haven't lost my faith in God just the drs.
Re: flautas and pina colada
I was born and raised in Houston...my family now lives in Sugar Land just a little outside of houston.
Dh is in the Marines so its been awhile since we've actually lived in Texas. We are now in So Cal...goodness I miss Texas lol

yeah, i know that with the mil dr's its like they give you the bare minimum of treatment. it sorta sucks, but it's free.
was the big long word chorioamnionitis?

Sounds good even though I was serving mexican food (well tex-mex) all night!
