11 DPO - Definately a Second Line

So, I took another internet cheapie HPT this morning and was relieved to see a line and this time it wasn't super, duper faint - there is definately a line! I have been taking HPTs since 8 DPO and have seen really faint lines everyday. I can't believe that there were second lines that early - but I swear there were! Yesterday I got a BFN digital, but it must be too early for that. I go in Monday for my betas.

I am thrilled beyond words about this pregnancy. I hope and pray that this baby will be a healthy one.

I pulled out all the stops on this cycle and something must've worked. This is what I did:

-drank Green Tea

-took Mucinex

-used OPKs (first month trying these and I think they helped a lot)

-FWP like rabbits ;-)

-obstained from both caffiene and alcohol

-made hubby stay away from caffiene too

-took prenatals diligently

- ate a whole pineapple (cut it up and divided it into 5 baggies and ate a baggie's worth everyday for 5 days after ovulation)

I think that's it.

With that said, I so appreciate everyone on this board. It has been very helpful to my sanity to know that there are others out there like me. I wish you all the best of luck and hope to see you on SAL soon.

Oh and I also checked my cervix and used Preseed this time around. I think that doing both helped a lot too.

Congrats! Just wanted to let everyone know that I basically did the same thing you did (minus Mucinex) - but we used OPK's, I drank green tea prior to O, I ate the full pineapple for 5 days (including the core!), and I don't drink caffeine anyway, but DH drank "half-caff" and wore boxers (instead of boxer briefs). Pre-seed was used as well (it still is! we love the stuff!)
