Colonoscopy News :) tmi if you have a prob with poop.

I GET TO EAT NOW! :) YAYYY

PLUS all of my colon was "beautiful" in the words of my doc :) he said he took the camera all the way to part of the small intestines and that it was perfect, no polyps, etc... which is fantabulous because i can't remember ONCE even that i didn't have at least one polyp since i was 12 years old... and i do this annually!

now i have the upper GI / small bowel exam monday morning... FYI, that's the one where you drink the chalky mixture and get Xrays all day watching it coat your intestines... i'm so glad i'm getting this all done now while i know i'm not PG and not all concerned... and so happy that i'm healthy as of now too... i can't tell you what good news that was... my DH was thrilled.. i even three wayed my parents (both on their way home from work) to tell them the happy news... i've had a bowel resection etc so this is GREAT :) yayyy

oh, and better yet, i made my DH drive thru starbucks AND chick-fil-a afterwards on my way home to my dinner party with my friends... haha... which i got here in plenty of time to get some cleaning done too... ahhh, this day panned out perfectly :)

    My mom just had hers this week too.  (she also has had to get them annually for a long time).  Im glad everything turned out so great!  Definatly great to get it done now before you are pregnant.  Thats one more thing to cross off your list of things to do before your bfp.

    I've had an upper GI before and it's not that bad. I felt like a dog doing tricks though. You're laying on a table and they say "Roll Over"... :) Glad your colon is healthy! :)
