i got the testing strips, but haven't had more than 1/2 a drink yet..

I've heard if you are ok to drive you are ok to nurse. I try and wait an hour though after having a drink, sometimes it doesn't work out that way though

My LO eats every 3 hours on the dot.  If I can, I'll pour myself a glass of wine immediately after bfing her.  That way there's at least 2 hours until she eats again.
