Today has been a yuck day

Ugg we are down one agent at work today and she left some very ugly big international itineraries to book. Then the 4 people going changed. And most of my other callers today have just been nutty and a pain in the A$$.

So I am having my big yummy lemon cupcake!  Yummy Lemon!

I'm sorry :-(  If it's 4:45 that means your day should be almost over, right?  I have a special respect for anyone who deals with travelers via phone.  PAIN in the BUTT.  You have to be a saint not to lose your cool.

SOrry you had a bad day.... I can't believe the people get cranky with you... I'm always VERY  nice to our travel people!    But then again, I'm not a high matinence traveler.  I only have easy stuff like changing hotels, which I can really just do myself. 

Tell them to pull their heads out of their rears!

 

BTW... did Audrey leave her neon green Nalgene sippy at your house?  Steve can't find it and thought she lost it on Tuesday, but I was home then, so I think it must have been Wed.
