Ugh. 

I ran/walked three miles this morning and just did 40 minutes of pilates.  I stink.

Down 2.5 pounds though!  Woot.

    I'm glad that I'm not the only person that smells after a good workout. I don't understand how some people can even wear their clothes more than once without washing. Maybe I'm just extra stinky.
