XP: Anyone in dental profession?

I noticed a lot of pain tonight in the area of my front tooth. I felt around and noticed that my tooth is loose. I have no idea why this would be. It hurts so bad and I am so afraid of losing my tooth. I take care of my teeth and see a dentist regularly. Should I call my dentist in the morning? Do you know why this could be happening? Is it pregnancy related? I need help please.

My sis is a dental hygenist, no tme, but I am a nurse.  I would def get into see your dentist tomorrow!!  Did you hit it on something or bite into something hard?

I really don't know what happened. It was fine all day and then boom. I haven't eaten anything hard at all.
