I am off to ice my hoo-ha in preparation for BD tonight..Embarrassed.  OUCH!  I may regret it tomorrow but I would regret it more if I missed a chance for my BFP this month..

    I've had vulvar issues too. It sucks when you have to FWP. Take about 3 ibuprofen now and good luck with the FWP!
