TTC After a Loss

Near casualty from new exercise routine (AW PIP)

So I have been doing the ellipitcal machine for 45 minutes 4-5 days a week for like 4 years.  I needed to do something different so I tried the arc trainer.  It's a little different than an elliptical and IMO harder to do.

So I do my 30 min new routine...and here's what I got:

The worst part was I had just finished reading the disclaimer on the machine that said something like "do not dismount machine until the pedals have completly stopped"
