TTC After a Loss

To jump DH, or not to jump DH?

What would you do? It's been 7 weeks since the D&C, I've had one AF. Is it selfish of me to be thinking about going home and jumping DH and praying like hell to get KU? Am I just setting myself up for another m/c if I don't give my uterus more time? I want to be ku again like crazy, but I don't want to do it wrong, you know? I just don't know what to do. DH and I are very "when it happens, it happens" kind of people, so we're prepared for and would welcome another pregnancy, so that's not the issue. I just need some guidance...

  • If you feel like it, do it.  They say just because you've had a m/c does not put you at an increased risk.  There are many successes after a m/c..

Did your DR say it's ok to TTC again?  I was on my DH like peanutbutter on chocolate the second I was given the go ahead.  And as far as being a when it happens, it happens- I used to be until about 6 cycles ago.  Now I'm more of when is this ever gonna happen type.
  • Jump him, it has been enough time! I jumped mine on tuesday night. He promised me since i mowed our lawn then said he was exausted! I said oh no!
  • Well, I've heard first hand from a few people that they got KU a couple weeks after their D&C so apparently it's ok.  It's been almost 7 weeks and 1 AF since my D&C as well and we're right back at it.  If it feels good, do it!  GL!
