Anyone read this book?  The authors were on Diane Ream this morning, and I didn't get to hear much of the interview, but it sounded interesting.

One of the authors is Clare Shipman from Good Morning America.  I saw a piece on the book on GMA Tuesday morning while I was at the gym.  It looks very interesting.  Shipman acknowledged that this economy might not be the best time to propose changes if you think your employer will be reluctant, but she emphasized that a main goal of the book is to educate and empower women about their power in the workplace and the economy.
