The lady who was coming to see the house called to cancel. She left a message on my cell. She says that she was called in to work, and wants to reschedule, but MAN I was so excited and my bubble is burst.

So sorry.  I know how frustrating that must be.  I am thankful every single day that my house sold like a day before the market took a turn.  It even makes up for the fact that we are so upside down that we haven't been able to refi.  *sigh*
