Hey lady!  I am cross training to nursery at my PRN job tonight.  Holy cow and I getting baby fever even more by working in here.  I love it but I am def. a peds nurse at heart. 

How is your night going?  How's baby O?

Hey! How fun to snuggle healthy little nursery babies....

My night is going well....I have a little girl that's super cute that I take care of quite a bit & another baby that the family's psycho (threatening to take the baby, & asking what they'd be charged with...lovely). I'm crossing my fingers they don't show up tonight!

Baby O is doing great....moving around like crazy!

I am loving your temp dip today! I'm hoping you had sex today....? I had a consistent temp drop before O.

well we didn't because we were both so exhausted, but I am thinking that we will when we both get home.  I am at my PRN job so I am only 5 minutes from home so I won't be so exhausted.  I know you told me you had a temp drop so I have been really watching for it.  I temped at 3 today and DH had to be to work early so we didn't get the chance yet.  I am so hoping that this is the cycle!!!  I am keeping my fingers crossed!

So happy to hear baby O is doing good!  I so wish we lived closer. 

I will keep my fingers crossed to that that family doesn't show up.  We have a couple psycho families here too

I know how hard it can be to time everything right, especially if you're both working nights! I'm hoping it's your cycle too!!! What cycle are you on, officially? I got my BFP on #4 (#2 charting).

I suppose our jobs would be boring without crazy families. We have another one that is bipolar...."took meth when she was manic & marijuana when depressed." Nice.

We are on cycle #4 (#3 charting).  Maybe we can be twins in this aspect too!!  How neat would that be?  i think we would def have to find a way to meet someday if that happened!!

I know we would have the most boring jobs if we didn't have those stories to tell!

Yes, I am hoping you get your BFP too! What would your EDD be?? Mine is my dad's birthday, so we are pretty excited about that.

How are those nursery babies treating you??

My due date would be March 10! It would be around my parents anniversary! 

The babies are good.  I am not NRP certified though so I don't know if I will be able to keep working here until I am certified.  The next class here is July 13 (after I am supposed to be here for 2 nights in a row), and I don't know when they are going to offer it down at my FT job.

That's a fun due date! March would be a good time to have a baby...you wouldn't have to deal with cold for too long, if at all.

I'm a NRP instructor...if you drive to Omaha I could do a class for you.

Oh I wish I could!!  I think my mom is an instructor too, but I don't think it will fly if she taught me, but I don't know

To be officially registered with the AAP, you have to submit a formal roster, etc. I'm not sure how that would work with your mom??

Oh really?  Well that sucks!  I just want to get it done so that I can pick up the extra shifts without having to take patients out on the floor.  I like taking care of just babies!
