With this weather I refuse to cook, and it's just DD and I until Friday. We already did Hot dogs and Hamburgers, and I don't know what else to feed us. I will make some kind of a pasta salad this afternoon, but after that I am lost!

Re: Warm weather dinner ideas?
How about picking up a rotisserie chicken (i love costco's) you can eat it with salad or pasta salad. Then make chicken salad with the rest, and stuff it into pita pockets. You can grill chicken/beef kabobs with veggies.
That is all I can think of right now...
DH and I have been having a lot of made-at-home sub sandwiches.
It's definitely too hot to cook!
Unable to even.

Safeway has frozen lettuce wraps in their "eating right" line. You just nuke the chicken stuff, so that's easy. ANd wrap it up in cold lettuce which makes it yummy and cool.
Anything on the grill keeps the heat outside.
We had tacos the other night. That's just got a burner on for 15 minutes, so that's not bad.
Shrimp is nice and cool - you can buy it already cooked and cold with cocktail sauce and just eat away. Get some veggies and dip and make it an all dip dinner.
Tortillas, spread with hummus, put a bunch of veggies in, and roll them up. That's yummy too.
We to taco salad or sandwiches. Last night was so hot we just had mixed bag left overs.

I just made this last night and it was SO good:

EDIT: ?It's really quick to prepare if you use pre-cooked chicken strips and have one of these to chop the veggies:

I threw it together in less than 30 minutes.?
We're big into sandwiches right now. Our favorite is...
Soft brown bread (like Milton's multi-grain) with mayo, stone ground mustard and pepper on both sides. Sliced purple onion and green pepper, lettuce, deli ham and turkey on one side and blue potato chips and muenster on the other.
I know chips on a sandwich sound weird, but it adds an extra crunch and makes sure you don't eat a ton of them with your meal. Add toothpicks, cut in half and enjoy. Takes me about fifteen minutes and they're sooooo good.
I also do drumsticks from Costco with a bit of garlic salt (also from Costco) and bake the snot out of them. Sure it's oven time, but if you do it early enough in the AM, you can cool the house down pretty quick. Plus it makes enough to have cold garlic chicken for a few lunches/dinners.

We aren't a "meat and potatoes" kind of house, so it may not seem like enough, but my favorite hot weather meal is insalata caprese (tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil with olive oil and maybe a little balsamic?vinegar) and some nice bread to dip in the dressing. Sometimes we get a hard salami to slice and have with the bread if we want a little meat.
Or on the grill, do some sausages and corn on the cob and have that with a simple salad.
Or a dinner salad with some cubed ham, kidney beans, etc.?
