I just got an Ameda Purely Yours Breast Pump AND an Avent Isis manual pump for $100!!!  The Ameda had been used a couple of times, but the Avent is still new in the box!

I had to do some Google sleuthing to see just how good the deal I got was... the Isis retails for around $50, and the particular model of Ameda that I got (the one that comes with absolutely EVERYTHING) retails for $250 and up.  I am SO STOKED!!

Obviously I will have to buy the Hygienikit for the Ameda, which is about $40, but holy cow!  This is what I got---it came with everything you see:
