Yuck! Madison Beach is fishy!

I was just at Madison beach earlier this afternoon and it was horrible.  The shore was greenish/yellow and cloudy and there must have been dozens of little dead fish floating in the water and in the sand.  ICK!  I know a lot of people take their kiddos there on hot days but you might want to avoid it right now.  I don't know what the deal is but whatever is killing those fish isn't going to get all over me!
