NBR: s/o hikes - Tiger/Cougar Mountain

Where can I get trail maps for Tiger and/or Cougar Mountain?  I know I used ot have one.  And I feel like I remember (from grad school a hundred years ago) that there were some super easy hikes.  I'm thinking Ben woudl like to do that this summer.

    FYI - my mom paraglides at Tiger, and told me they recently changed it so the parking is really limited. Just so you know, since weekends are crazy ?there this time of year!
