Target sells them. Not sure if they have the ones you are looking for though.

I see them at a lot of different baby boutiques.  If you go to www.babylegs.com you can search by your zip code for stores close to you.

I got the red and white striped ones at Whole Foods in Redmond.

If you can't find any local they are pretty easy to make. I found this online: https://tinyurl.com/65xghx and made my own last week for a babyshower I went to. If you can find womens crew socks in red and white you might be in business.
