Ok Keren's post got me thinking how many of you drink regular pop? I haven't had anything that wasn't diet in so many years I just don't even think about it anymore. There is no way I could do 300+ calories and 37grams of sugar if it wasn't a milkshake lol But I am a coke zero addict!
How many of you drink regular pop?

Brothers!
Re: ok now I'm curious....
I don't drink any pop at all. The carbonation does not agree with me. I live on Minute Maid Lite Lemonade, though (and water)!

Like I said in the other thread, we drink all natural soda. It's cheap and it's way healthier. ?Even the diet drinks have sugar substitutes and chemicals that aren't good for you (IMO). Sometimes I think the diet drinks can be worse than the regular ones.
Every now and then (once a quarter) I crave good old fashioned sprite if I'm at a restarant, but that's about it.?
I must be in the minority because I drink soda a lot and I drink regular soda most of the time. A few months ago H decided that he'd like to switch to diet coke, so we always have diet coke at home. I will have a regular soda with my lunch a few times a week at work though.

At home we have shifted to Thomas Kemper or Jones Soda. They are cane-sugar + caffine-free (there are some caffinated Jones Sodas, but not the ones we get). We can't stand diet anything.
I used to drink coke frequently (1 / day) but stopped a while ago - don't remember why. Now I only drink it (< half a can) if I have a headache or 1-2 sips when DH orders it at dinner.

I have always been a coke fan myself. But of Diet Coke. Diet Coke with Lime is my favorite! When I got PG all I wanted was Pepsi which was so funny because I never really drank it.
Now though, I usually drink water, Vitamin Water and Sobe Life Waters. Or of course Crystal Lite.
until today at least...Im definatley going to limit myself to all the Coke/Sprite I used to drink ...I swear I had it flowing in my blood!
Have you non-diet likers tried Coke Zero? Its pretty hard to tell that it is diet!
hmmm I wonder how many of you non-pop drinkers drink coffee? I can't have coffee so that is why I drink pop!
I don't drink either. Pop maybe 2x per month and coffee less than that.
No coffee ever. I swear I have serious anti-coffee taste buds. I can taste if they stir my hot chocolare with the same spoon they stir lattes or mochas with. Even a drop of coffee tastes disgusting to me
I do drink tea, but have really cut back since pregnant.

Aspartame is horrible! my mom sent me an article that said aspartame turns into formaldahyde (sp?) when heated above 85 degrees. Our bodies are 98.6!
I used to be insanely addicted to regular soda but gave it up when I got pregnant, not it upsets my stomach, I still crave it sometimes though.
I'm a regular Coke fan. WHen I was doing WW, I did swithc to Diet Coke. SOO not the same, but when out and ordering a soda, that's what I'd get.
WHen I got PG, I immedietly stoped drinking all caffenine in the 1st tri. No pop, or coffee. I'd get a tall steamed milk with flavor syrup at Starbucks instead.
After the 1st tri is over, I do get an occasional regular Coke. (we have Pepsi at home now.... it's SOO not the same!) I also drink a tall latte in the cool weather and now a light frappuccino in the warm weather. That's it though, so other coffee.
