I have the shakes

This sucks.  I did my 1 hr this AM and felt really dizzy min after drinking it.  I have felt jittery ever since and now I feel like I am coming down.. I am really tired and weak.  I want to go home and sleep.

Oh yuck! I have to do that test this week also and I am not looking forward to it because I know that will happen to me also.

I had that too.  A few hours later I crashed and was exausted for a few hours.  But after a nother few hours i was back to my old pre-drink self.

Did you try eating some fruit. Usually something with natural sugar makes me feel better.
