Really Dumb Q ... but

does the "real" contractions kinda take your breath away? I have heard "oh you'll know when it's real" .... and then I have heard "I didn't know they were the real thing" .... sooo hmmmmm

    Yay!!!!! Not dumb!!! Because I was wondering the same thing. I'm super worried about how I will know.

    with DS they were breathtaking and I was writhing in pain.  I had all back labor and could not lie down without constantly moving and being extremely uncomfortable.  That was just my experience.

    I would love to know that.  I'm scared of going to L&D and getting sent home, I know it's stupid and it's better to be safe than sorry.....but it would just be so disapointing!

    I also had ones that took my breath away. I had BH for weeks (like 10w before) so I was afraid I wouldn't know. I was wrong. Holy heck, they hurt!
