    Depending on how severe you are talking...there is a lot you CAN take...go to kellymom.com and check under "Is this safe when breastfeeding?" They have a medication list that I am sure will help you..it shows the risk factor of each medication..Tylenol is the safest..and Ibuprofen....but even Migraine medication is listed....I love this website and was referred to me by my doc!! Hope you feel betteI soon!!

    I called the nurse's line at the pedi's on Monday for this and she said Motrin/Advil was fine.
