I am about to start working 4 - 10's at my new job. I had to finish my 90 days first. Thursdays and Fridays are already taken.
What day would you pick out of Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and why.
Other info we are on call and possibly working Saturdays about 1 x/month!

I did this last summer and I got Wednesay as my day off. It worked out nicely. However I did not get to choose. I think Mondays would have been nice for a 3 day weekend, but working 4 tens in a row may not be so great.

Wow everyone says the same thing! I was really deciding between Mondays and Tuesdays! Wednesdays for me dont seem as good because I would need to vacation days to make an extra long weekend!
The negative thing I thought about Mondays is the 4 holidays that I would not get, but I guess it means 4 extra vacation days/year (we do a lump sum of 28 days/year with vacation, holidays and sick)
