Pork Chops w. Orange Soy Glaze & Asian Slaw (Sounds fancy??) NOPE!!
4 Porkchops, 1 Cup Orange Marmalade, 1/2 Cup Chick Broth, 2 tbsp. soy sauce, 1 tsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp. peanut oil.
Heat Peanut oil and sear seasonsed pork (s&p) on both sides. (2 min. per side). Combine orange marmalade, broth, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Mix well and add to the pork in the pan. Bring to a simmer for 5 minutes, or until pork is cooked through and sauce thickens and reduces.

Re: Yummy Recipe & Healthy!!
Ditto this. Between DH's diabetes and my being allergic to cabbage, I'll just have to taste this one in my dreams. Really, though, that Asian slaw sounds yummmmmy!
