LLL meetings

I'm going to a LLL meeting tomorrow...I should bring Avery, right?

I feel weird taking her to a place that will have other kids since she's still so small but I really think I need some help with her latch and the LC from the hospital has been hard to get a hold of.

Thoughts? ?

My hospital has weekly nursing support groups with the lactation consultants and I took Elizabeth last week. She was 7 days old and there was even a baby there that was 5 days old. I worried about all the germs too, but figured I needed help and that it was worth it! The group does separate the big babies from the younger ones in two different classrooms.

Yes, bring your LO.  She should be fine to go to the meeting.  There are always babies that are days old there, although I waited until DS was 6 wks before bringing him to a meeting, but I'm just paranoid about that kind of stuff.  I may bring this baby sooner depending on how we're doing.
