DD's middle name is Annmarie...I wanted to use Ann & Marie to honor her grandmas, but didn't do Ann Marie b/c I didn't want it to be confused for two separate names.

of those Annemarie looks the best and most natural. I assume you would add a middle name to that. If not, then you could just use Anne Marie as first and middle names.
I love Anne-Marie. I had a french au pair when I was growing up named Anne-Sophie and I always loved her name. I think AnneMarie looks really bizarre (a capital letter in the middle of the name??), and besides, I feel like double first names are usually hyphenated (like Mary-Kate Olsen).
AnneMarie. But, my middle name is LeeAnn, so have a capital in the middle doesn't bother me. I think it would look better as AnnMarie, but it's not a big deal. I think hyphens are difficult to deal with on official forms.

Anne-Marie or Anne Marie.
When the names run together they just look odd. It really looks like a typo - i.e. you just didn't hit the space bar.
