s/o bras

I am having a really hard time with bras right now. I have gone up at least 2 cup sizes already (from a full B to a D!) I also went up from a 36 to a 38 around. I have always worn underwire bras but lately my bras have really been hurting. The space between my breasts at the top of my bump, there is actually a mark there & its very sore. I dug out my one & only sportsbra, and its WAY too tight! What are you ladies doing? I need to be more comfortable then this! Should I go buy a new sports bra in a bigger size or try something else? I need fairly good support.

Re: s/o bras

  • I went to JCPenney and had the bra sales clerk measure me to get the correct fit. I went from a 36C to a 38DD! I almost died when she told me that! Then I picked out a few bras with soft cups, no underwire. They have good support but fit more like a real bra than sports bras. GL!

  • I've also had a lot of luck with sleep nursing bras- no underwire and very comfy. Wal-Mart has nursing bras on sale for $10, and they have underwire & no-underwire styles.
  • Definitely ditch the underwire!!!

  • I got mine at motherhood maternity.  They are nursing bras, no underwire, and very comfortable.  I went from a 36A to a 38C.  They are really comfortable.  I can't get the link tho click, but just open it in a new tab to have a look.

  • Thank you for this post.  I've been having the same troubles.  It even hurts when I'm not wearing a bra, I think it's your uterus meeting your boobs and fighting for space...
