Question about measuring

When the doc measures my belly and says your measuring 36 or 37 does that mean thats how many weeks or inches or What ?

for every week pregnant you are, you should be measuring approx the same in centimeters.

so if you are 30 weeks pregnant you should be measuring 29-31 cms. 

anything different might show too much or little fluid or something with the baby

centimeters, which should actually equal the number of weeks you are.

Example:  36 means 36 centimeters and you should be about 36 weeks.

he/she is measuring the fundal height... it's measured in centimeters and should be roughly the same # as the amount of weeks you are in your pregnancy

My baby is Frank Breech and it wedged up by my boobs. Yesterday at my OB appt. I measured 40 weeks, lol.
